Non-Returnable Category
Due to the nature of our products and international hygiene standards, all Lichenbloom fragrances are non-returnable and non-refundable once the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We only offer replacements if the product arrives physically damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaking) or if you receive the wrong variant.
Requirement
Customers must provide an unboxing video and photos of the damage within 12–24 hours of delivery to our support email.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order is final.
